Surya Bhojpuri, B4U Bhojpuri, Big Ganga, and B4U Music have won the MPEG-2 slot at Bucket B covering All Music Stations (Hindi), Sports (Hindi) Channels, GEC (Bhojpuri), Movies (Bhojpuri) and Teleshopping ( Hindi) channels.
Finally, in category C containing Current News channels and news (Hindi, English and Punjabi) successful bids became Market information: Vendors successful in Aaj Tak News segment, ABP News, Zee News, R Bharat, India News, NDTV, News 18 India, News Nation, India TV, Tez, News24, TV9 Bharatvarsh and Zee Hindustan.
DD Free Dish currently offers 88 TV channels on MPEG2 slots while 34 channels are from Doordarshan. The auction was not for the remaining 54 bucks. Winners of the award will be reassigned to the MPEG-2 Slots of DD Free Dish DTH Platform for a year term for the period - 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021.
